Dinghy dock for pickup in northern Biscayne Bay

We’ll be in Biscayne Bay to pick up some family members. Does anyone know of an accessible dinghy dock nearby? We don’t need to tie up, just a spot where we can briefly pick them up and drop them off later. Their return flight is super early from Miami so drop off needs to be around 4am or so.

Ideally, we’d like to anchor nearby and avoid mooring fields or marinas if possible.
