Cruising Permit Renewal Portobelo, Panama?

Hanging out near Portobelo waiting for the weather to settle before moving on to San Blas, but...who knows when that with happen. Cruising Permit expires end of March and was planning to renew in Porvenir. Is it possible to renew in Portobelo?
