Cruising in Costa Rica and Corn Islands

hey everybody,

i am currently cruising in the san blas islands on a 40 ft manta kat and going up to bocas del toro soon, after that we want to go to Costa Rica and Nicaragua (corn islands or Islas del Maiz in spanish)

It is very difficult to find info about these places, anchorages, immigration and son on...

If anybody has been there, or could give some info, would really appreciate it.
