Columbia to San Blas Islands to Colon

I'm planning to be leaving Cartanega heading for Colon, Panama. I figured I would spend a couple of days in the San Blas Islands. I did purchase Eric Bauhaus book , "The Panama Cruising Guide" and is quite helpful. Does anyone have a suggestions as to which islands to stop at in the San Blas Islands, as I make my way to colon.
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Columbia to San Blas Islands to Colon

There is a WhatsApp group of about 250 cruisers in the Panama area. If you send me a PM I'll put you in touch with their moderator.

Also, the Panama Posse is a pretty good resource, but you do need to join for something like $300/season.
