Cheap Med Marinas ...

Folks! After a lot of help from various people I have narrowed my search down for marinas in The Med.

Does anyone have info on cheap marinas in the following countries:

Portugal
Spain
Greece
Turkey

... I have e-mailed around 100 marinas and the cheapest ones that get back to me is around €400 Euros a month for a 44 feet, 14 feet beam sailboat at a dock in the water.

Try state owned marinas in Greece, a month ago for 44 ft catamaran, I've paid 1,9 € a day electricity/water included, no wifi though..
The other cheapest was La Linea in Gibraltar (spanish territory) iange of 14 € a day. You may also look to Karpaz marina in Norhern Cyprus or Kas marina in Turkey.

Thanks a bunch amigo. I have contacted the mentioned marinas and they are cheaper than the ones in western Europe, for sure! See you in the Med

In Turkey, there is a new marina with top facilities, beuatiful docks, large swimming pool and very luxiurious showers and laundry rooms, huge travel lift and lots of security. In Kas (pronounced Cash) close to Antalia and a friend of mine got a storage for one year free since they are attracting boats to fill this brend new marina! This is a real bargain!

In Portugal you can find less expensive Marinas on the Atlantic coast and that is a 2 day sailing trip to Algarve and the South coast.

On the south coast of Portugal try Marina de Olhão

In Spain try the ones that belong to the Junta de Andaluzia and puerto Sherry
