Yeah I will need to watch out about the bridge there. I have a 58' mast height to waterline. This has been a great thread and I thank you all for the advice.

I wish I could take more time to St. Pete's but I have to be on somewhat of a schedule so I will trying to get there as quick as possible.

I would have never considered a number of the points you have all pointed out. I just got my Maptech Charts for Region 7 and 8. I plan to work through the routes you all have suggested and determine the best for me. I will be coming back for more advice once I have the detailed route defined. Thank you all!

There's nothing less than fifteen feet, as I recall, and there's always an easy visual to the next marker in areas among the reefs..
