Boston To Nova Scotia Singlehanded

I got a ton of great info from my Cape May to Block Island thread, if you'd be so kind as to advice about Boston to Nova Scotia singlehanded I'd appreciate it.

I could potentially leave from Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, P-Town, Plymouth or wherever. I have friends in Boston though so might spend a few days there. Probably around June 8th to leave if all goes well.

I'm interested in how you'd pick your weather window, traffic you'd be expecting and where, and where you'd expect to be landing.
