Boatyards - Saint Martin

Does anyone know a good yard in saint martin to haul a 45' x 24' cat, in bvi thought it might be cheaper and more productive down there.

At the end of the runway in St. Maarten is an antique crane. The operator made precision moves around the mast head, and had me out in minutes. There are other places, but they were more money on both the French & Dutch sides.........i2f

That's Bobby's Marina at the end of the runway and then there's Bobby's in Phillipsburg. I never used the one on the French side, but perhaps someone else may be able to shed some light on this one.

Bobby's inside the Lagoon uses a travelift(I hauled a monohull there), Bobby's in Phillipsburg has closed and the operation moved to a marina outside of the Lagoon(so reported in the Caribbean Compass).

If you're talking about the operation that used the large crane near that funcky bar/cafe on the float, it's closed down.

Island Water World has a crane and I've seen small cats hauled there. The saildrives of a 62 ft Cat were once repaired here but I don't know for sure if the boat was removed from the water.
