Boat Work St Croix vs St Thomas

Looking to do a small refit on a 55 ft Boat. in the USVI.. Does anyone have an comments if St Thomas or St Croix would be better to get work done in term of quality and cost? Looking to do painting and engine, cushions etc

Thanks!

A friend of mine, Miles Poor, runs a refit company in Tortola - projectmanagers - www . You might want to contact him.

If I was doing something worth more than a couple of thousand dollars I would be heading to PR and I keep my boat in a slip next to a yard with a travel lift!!! MANY people from St Thomas take their boats to Fajardo for work. I suggest you check out PDR.
