Best Marathon Marina

Looking to stay one night in a slip in Marathon in 3 weeks. Wondering if this is something I should reserve ahead of time, and which marina? Atlantic side preferred or around Boot Key Harbor.

Stopping for one night? Do you need a marina for something specific?

If just stopping for the night, you can anchor on the outskirts of the mooring field in Boot Key harbor or on the west side of Boot Key.

Having said that, I have stayed at Burdines Marina a couple of times and it also looks like Marathon Marina and Boatyard is pretty nice too.

Atlantic side Burdines, Marathon Marina, City Marina, everything is pretty full but starting to have openings.

Thanks for the info. We are on the hook the rest of the trip and were trying to stay one night in a marina.

We are finishing up 4 months at White Marlin on Grassy Key just north of the Vaca pass. Obviously we like it, it’s not near Boot Key though.
