If you end up in Ft Lauderdale and haven't had a chance to get charts, etc. one of the best places is "Blue Water Charts" at 1811 Cordova Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a north-south street off 17th Street. You can Google it to see exactly where it is.
