Anyone with Experience in Grenada / Grenadines?

I have a bareboat scheduled for Grenada and the Grenadines in the upcoming month and wondered if anyone has insights about the process for clearing in and out of customs, or any other tips, tricks or advice that might be useful for my family on this adventure!

The info found in these threads on CF should help you with general tips:

The info found on this page on Noonsite will give you the steps you need to take for clearing (formalities).
Grenada —

Have fun on your cruise! I wish I could go too. I have not yet been to Grenada, but would like to see it and the Grenadines.

Hope that helps.

We cleaned in Customs at Tyrell bay. And we cleared out of St Vincent in Bequia. Easy.

Re: Anyone with Experience in Grenada / Grenadines?

We cleared in and out of Prickly Bay last year a few times. On the way in we had to use the sail clear system (I think that's the name). We had not used it before, but they had a computer right there for us to use. Also, they had a credit card machine, but would accept cash too in US$ or EC's. Two guys, one immigration, one customs. Very simple. Not busy.

I recommend you get Chris Doyle's Windwards guide, he details most of the places to do customs. The Grenadines had lots of great places to explore, have a great trip!
