2000USD Cartagena to Panama, any takers?

Hello cruiser world

I have been kind of stuck in Cartagena for over a year now. I am fully aware the best route to take for me to get to Panama would be a cheap flight... However I didn't care much for flying before this pandemic and I really don't feel like catching a flight during it. If at all possible I would like to be able to find a ride via the sea. However I am not ever sure where to look. I made a thread similar to this looking for passage from Cartagena to the USA back in March of 2020 and got zero replies. So this is me "shooting my shot" as the kids would say. If you have any ideas on the best way for me to try to achieve my goal I am more than happy to hear them. Try wild card charters in Linton Bay Marina panama or Panamarina

There are charters that take backpackers back and forth between Colombia and Panama. Google "sail across the Darien gap." Cost is around $600.

Thanks for the responses. They have lead me in the right direction. The thing with most of these sailing companies is that they are closed cause of covid cause the Islands are not open an they wont make the trip without going to the Islands.

I did however end up googling one of the captains of the boats and shooting him a message on Facebook. Not proper protocol and I hope he doesn't feel like I intruded on his person..... but it seems like he of all people would be able to really let me know what options I have if any.
