3 phase motor ID and testing

Anyone recognize this motor or know how to diagnose ir
t?

3 phase 48V dc
At the motor, 0 ohms between A,B,C phase

It can't be 3 phase and DC.. Photos not working.

Bump. This motor was on a Catalina 30 installed by a company called AMeP Advanced Marine Electrical Propulsion by Tradewinds sailing in San Francisco around 2011-2013. Anyone ever seen this? 1" shaft. Boat is "Risky"

Google "diagnosing brushless DC motor", which I believe is what you are looking at.
