Yacht import in Croatia with 5% VAT

We have a boat in Croatia at present which is being operated by a Croatian company under a Croatian flag. We intend bringing the boat out of charter at the end of the year and UK register the boat and use it privately, hopefully in Croatia if we can find a reasonably priced mooring.
Could you explain your scheme and would it apply to the vessel in our case?
