workboat charters in Greece

Does anyone know if it's possible to charter a workboat out of Greece? I am looking for a boat that can operate offshore and possibly have a davit or A-frame. Any recommendations would be most helpful.

Are you going to plunder some of their underwater antiquities sites? I hear they frown on that :-)

For real though, I don't know what your planning on using the boat for but the Greek's really are tough on doing anything commercial in their territorial seas. And if that involves scuba gear you really do need to watch out.
