Wintering and Radar Arch construction western med

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone has experience or recommendations for a good wintering spot in the western med (Southern Spain, France, islands, etc). The boat can be left in the water, though i would like to have the opportunity to dry out the boat before next season starts.

Does not need to be the cheapest place on earth but cost would be a factor.

Also, i'm considering having a radar arch built (for solar and tender)... not sure if i will be able to find some good pricing in Spain but again, some experience would be appreciated. (also need a raymarine dealer)
