Re: where should we buy a new ROCNA ANCHOR 25KG

Colin, good question. They have just updated their website but the contract page for the Spanish Dealer just give me a "Page Not Found" message.

Hopefully Craig will be along shortly with an answer.

Don't forget that if you are from outside the EEC and intend to leave again you may be able to claim back the VAT which is something like 18% in Spain.

Re: Where Should We Buy a New 25kg Rocna Anchor ?

When in France, in 2009, we found it cheaper to buy from Arthurs Chandlery in Gosport and have it shipped to Nice than any other local solution.

The list of Rocna resellers is here:
Where to Buy » Rocna Anchors

If the links don't work, copy the address and paste it into your browser. Their new site seems to have a few bugs to iron out.

Try Alabar Chandlery in Almerimar marina just outside the boatyard. Have found these people to be extremely helpful with the best prices we have yet to find in Spain. English owned & run. Ask for Spencer or Mike. They also have a Website www.nauticadirecta.com
I have no connection with them other than have found them to be really helpful.

Prices are different around in Europa. from 474euros in sweden, to 833 euros in Norway for a 25kg.
i did by mine from my lokal supply shop, and payed a price in between these to top and bottom. prices.
they need the sale. and i want him to stay there, cant by it all from cheap shops on the nett.
