Surveyor on the Cote d'Azur

Hi,

not sure if this is the right place, but we are looking to buy a particular boat at the cote d'azur and are getting ready to make an offer on it.
After reading a lot of horror stories about surveyors I was wondering if anyone here has a recommendation for a really mean surveyor that could help us properly assess the boat.

... would specify if Mono- or Multihull, wood, steel, .... to get the best possible surveyor suggested.
