ok thank you all for your kind replies. Sorry I have not been more specific.
I am from England I am looking for a motor cruiser, when I say versus apartment I mean buying an apartment.
I have been having a look and the Azimut looks a lovely boat.
Ideally I would want 3 beds and air con (a must OH hates the heat lol) not sure on size, seen a 58 footer which is lovely and a 48
I would want a dock
hope that clarifies things
