Here's the answer to the OP's question: Contact the Oyster brokerage in Ipswich UK. They're a VAT exempt warehouse, or whatever the proper term is, list your Hallberg Rassy through them or another brokerage like Oyster. No VAT worries, no VAT due... end of story.
