We are collecting our boat in France in July 2021. Assuming we will be able to enter France/EU/UK, we’d like to avoid the Med during summer, so plan to go a North from La Rochelle instead of South. The coast of Scotland looks interesting. Anyone have any suggestions for great locations/anchorages? Also, has anyone taken their boat through Neptune’s Ladder? If so, what kind of boat? I’m not sure it’s even accessible by masted boats, but it looks super cool.
