Sailing in Istanbul

I'm searching for a possibility to rent a jolly-boat for a sailing daytrip in or near Istanbul in Turkey.
Does anybody know a place?
Do they accept german sailing licenses?
What does it cost?

I see no ones answered yet and not sure if this is going to help either - but you could phone or email Mr Yalkin Dulger at Atakoy Marina just outside Istanbul. He is the assistant general manager and it is the closest marina to the city centre.
