We were there 2 weeks ago. It is a fabulous marina, ultra modern facilities and a very friendly and competent staff. It is still rather 'empty', only a few yachts venture this far east, because returning westward in the summer is always an uncomfortable upwind slog, although it is a reasonable starting off point to Karpaz Gate in Northern
Cyprus. The nightlife has gotten quite active, with lots of bars and restaurants in the marina area, primarily frequented by locals, and a nice
shopping area.
One big advantage of the eastern Turkish coast: it is relatively less touristy than the Bodrum-Fethiye stretch, and there are some fabulous archeological sites to visit along the way
