Curious how good medical facilities and services are in Cyclades? If you get sick and say from USA, can you get a medical service? How expensive? Does it make sense to get a travel medical insurance?

There are health clinics on all but the very smallest of the islands. We are from the UK so can access health care through a reciprocal agreement. However we have found private health care affordable. It is possible to self refer to a consultant, the fees range from €20-50 in our experience. Examples from this year are: dental check up, scale & polish €40, one hour of physiotherapy €30, consultant ENT appointment €30. Blood tests €39.
