Re: Marina Slip and Moorage Fees
That is a pretty impossible question to answer on a forum. We came from Gibraltar through the Balearics to France and Corsica and we have paid anything from 40 Euros to 160 Euros a night. Depends on the size of your boat and the time of the year and high season seems to vary dependent on where you are.
A good place to start is the "Mediterranean Almanac 2011-12" by Heikell. It has a huge list of marinas around the Mediterranean by Country and a summary by Charge Band. We have found this charge band not to be accurate but it is relative, i.e. say charge band 5, it is listed as 55 - 75 Euros a night for a 12m yacht. The actual cost will probably be higher than that, but if it is listed as charge band 5 and you are looking for a low cost marina, give it a miss.
There is also a load of other useful data in there on regulations, weather, safety & distress stations etc.
Good Luck

Re: Marina Slip and Moorage Fees
Hi again Rostan1, I thought I would add some more information.
I am sure that Rod Heikell and Lucinda Michell won't mind me reproducing their Charge Bands since I am accrediting their book as the source "Mediterranean Almanac 2011-12" as I think it will give you a useful starting point.
1. No Charge
2. Low Cost under 25 Euros
3. Medium cost 26 - 40 Euros
4. High Cost 41 - 55 Euros
5. Very High Cost 55 - 70 Euros
6 Highest cost over 70 Euros
So far The Balearics, South of France and Corsica during high season, most seem to be at the higher end of these rates. However, during high season, it doesn't really matter anyway, berths are in very short supply and we have spent most of the time since late June at anchor, which suits us just fine.
Cheers

Re: Marina Slip and Moorage Fees
Anyone been to the West Indies within the last 12 months?
Need info on marina rates, mooring and length of stay for various islands. Writing a magazine article on where to park your boat for a month or more.
Anyone have experience with boats sitters and anchoring out?
