My wife and I are seeking a little help with a MdR issue. This last summer we placed a deposit with MdR for winter moorage. Our plans changed and we cancelled our reservation. We have been assured in email
many times that MdR would return our deposit and that they were “working on it”. This has now been going on for nearly four months and lately MdR has stopped responding to our emails.
We really would like to see this issue closed with return of our deposit. Does anyone have any suggestions? Before I speak ill of the MdR business practices I want to exhaust
all options. We are even willing to reimburse someone for their help in resolution.
