Licensing requirements for Italy bareboat charter?
Hello!

I am planning a bareboat charter to the Tuscan coast in September. My partner has a Canadian PCOC (pleasure cruise operating license) and we were told by our charter company that this would be sufficient licensing.

Now I'm reading that we may need an ICC or an SLC? ICC doesn't seem possible since the only testing locations are in Florida, Toronto or Halifax! The SLC seems to only be run through NauticEd is this correct?

Additionally, what sort of radio license would be necessary?
