Kiwi buying in Croatia
I'm looking at buying a boat in Croatia but need to clarify how the VAT will work out. I've been told buy a few people to buy boats with no VAT paid as it can be re registered as a New Zealand vessel and not be liable for any duty .I'm happy with the 18 month TIE as I'm intending to get on the move and sail it home. Any advise on how the system works would be very much appreciated
