Italian Anchorages La Spezia, Lerici

Looking for some anchorage ideas near La Spezia or Lerici Italy along the North Western Italian coast. My wife an I want to be able to take a one day exclusion up the coast to see the Cinque Terre towns via train or by bike or scooter.

It looks like there's an anchorage along Cala Chiappara, does anyone know if anchoring is possible? Or, if there's anchoring allowed along the Cinque Terre coastal towns.

Lerrici is a bit of an open road stead. Fine in calm weather but not sure I would anchor unattended. There are Marina's in La Spezia. Also I understand http://www.marina-chiavari.it/descrizione.html#Arrivare north of 5 terra has a marina that is close to the train station.

Anchor off portovenere, nice and protected and nice walk up to the castle and some lord Byron history, or head in a bit further for a nice anchorage at la grazie.

You can anchor along the cinque terre coast as well, either in the harbours or offshore and dinghy in, so long as the weather is settled.
