Anybody please help me to find an Insurance Company for my 2013 Jeanneau S.O. 439. Delaware flag.
I am from New York but my boat will be based on Mediterranean. Can I buy a policy from Europe or do i have to buy it in states?

This depends on the insurance company. Try Panthenius or EIS. Probably this latter will be more keen on doing what you are looking for.
