Import Taxes for sails into the EU

Does anyone have any first hand knowledge on what import tariffs and VAT I could expect, if I import a sail (spinnaker) into the EU (Italy) from Asia. My yacht is foreign registered and I may be able to get a refund as I move out of the EU and I’d appreciate anyone’s experience for that as well.
