Whilst launching the
dinghy I spotted what looked like a salamander scuttling under me along the sea
bed - still not sure what I saw and my
camera is bust - so let me explain...
appeared to be dull brown, approx (thumbsuck)350 - 600 mm long with a 1/3 tail, 1/3 body and neck &
head the rest. had a typical salamander wriggle and appeared to be scooting across with its 4 legs. I dont think it was a bird (cormarant) because of this and anyway the tail was quite long.
Anybody else seen anything like this ?
