What to you want to know? More info about your boat/crew/plan would be helpful. Do you want to get there quickly or slowly?

At the basic level, get yourself down the Thames and turn to starboard, when you reach Ramsgate or Dover, wait for a clear day and you'll see France in the distance to the S/SE, sail over there being careful not to get hit by a big ship and turn to starboard again, after that, you just keep the hard bits to port and you'll eventually reach Greece; we managed it, so it's not that difficult.

yeah I've done it, firstly its a long way, best done in a couple of legs, problem areas incclude Biscay and the foot of italy.
