Filovent Charter : Barcelona to Menorca

Hello Cruisers ! I am contemplating a one-week bareboat charter with the french broker Filovent and I have a number of questions regarding the crossing (Barcelona -> Menorca)

1) I can do the journey between January and April, are there some particular weather conditions I should worry about ?

2) Assuming I want to give back the boat in Barcelona after 7 days, will I have enough time to visit Menorca properly ?

3) For those who visited Menorca, what spots would you suggest? I already saw Turqueta and S'albufera natural park as a must-do
