Coming gas refil in the med, american bottles

Hi folks
I am about to enter the Med, waiting for summer in Portugal, Portimao, and I want to figure out how to refill my cooking gas bottles, which are the American model.
All I can see up to now is Camping Gas facilities, to exchange those blue 3 kg bottles.
Any one has any idea?

you can buy a adapter that lets you fill up from a service station. i love it as i use a lot of gas and when you can fill from the servo makes the price much cheaper .As long as there is gas sold for cars there you cant go wrong .
