Broker in St. Charles de la Rapita - Spain

We are looking at a private sale boat.

As we are from the states, we had the idea of paying a broker a 2-3 hundred to look over the paperwork to make sure everything looks legitimate and maybe hold the deposit. (it's only a 20-30k boat)

Anyone know of a local broker who might be willing to provide these services?
