Black Sea Cruising Plans?

So what happens if things kick off in the Ukraine? Will this affect the Baltic too?

Re: WW III Cruising Plans?

Probably will affect Turkey first.

Re: Black Sea Cruising Plans?

I have edited the thread title to reflect the geography.

I don't think the Baltic will be effected by a flash point in the Ukraine.

I like you optimism with the name change to the title. It would be nice to not have WW III but I am afraid that you may be overly optimistic that the Baltic won’t or isn’t going to be involved.

Russian Navy leaves Baltic headed for the Med

Sweden moves tanks and troops to Gotland

Hope you won’t have to change the name of the thread back.

Re: Black Sea Cruising Plans?

US Navy weirdly discloses location of Ohio class nuclear sub in the Mediterranean. Clearly what happens won’t be limited in its effect to just the Black Sea or the Baltic.

Maybe change the name again to something more appropriate.

The US does not share your optimism that the Baltic won’t be involved. US officials confirmed emergency approval for NATO to provide defensive weapons for the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
