In the Med, Portugal, or Canary Islands.
Do you have any recommandations ?
We want : good shelter, clean toilets and showers, a town nearby (on walking distance). a (small) community of other liveaboards, shops and restaurants nearby, airport in the vincinity.

What are your experiances?
have a great summer, thanks for your replies,

Okay.. Portugal there's Portimao with a good anchorage across the river from the marina that you can use to keep costs down if you wish cutting your months in the marina.. excellent facilities and good services including travel lift and chandlery.. airport at Faro is 40mins away.
Lagos is popular with Brits and has good services.
Spain has Almerimar, good marina though the showers etc are getting old and a bit tired, excellent supermarket and many shops, bars, restaurants in the marina along with good chandlery, services and Travel lift.. airport is 45mins away and fast train service to Madrid is 30mins away.
Cartagena is a nice place as well but airports further away..
Morocco has the new marina in Tangier, never been so cannot comment but worth considering for a different scene and great food.

I can vouch for Lefkas! I met a couple clients and partners there during a business trip around some of these houses in Greece, and it's well-equipped and within reach of the airport.
