Bareboat charter in Balearic Islands

My group is thinking of a charter in the Balearics (Majorca, etc.) in May. I don'l like sailing in cold weather so am wondering what to expect. Also any info from folks who have cruised these waters would be most welcome. Thanks.

I was in Cartagena in late March/early April this year and the weather was quite nice. Jeans and a wind breaker in the evenings. Daytime temps were warmer, but still long pants weather for this Southerner. I was in Valencia and Gandia in May, and it was noticeably warmer, allowing shorts and short sleeves during the day.

I do my cruising in July and August when I can take holidays but, with a bit of luck, I would think May is fine in the Balearics, particularly the southern end in Ibiza and Formentera.

The Balearics are stunningly beautiful with lots of secluded coves surrounded by pine forests and with aquamarine waters, as good as anything else in the Med.
