70 years of age
I realy do not feel it but today I reached that grand age of 70 years. How do I feel? I think i am only 55 years old, but memory takes me back and I remember the second world war= ancient me.
my physical being is great and I am as active as ever, however lets hope that I can still feel the same in ten years time.
Fair winds and kind seas
Peter

Good for you. Zee has it right. Sailing keeps you young. I see many many sailors of your age... Not to worry. Be careful.

Re: 70 years of age
Ill be 62 this month. No major health issues but me joints have been kicking up bad the last two or three years. Always feel like I have a low grade whole body inflammation.
I try to not keep me from doing stuff, but it is getting tougher.
Doctors are NO help.

Good for you mate. Take it easy, keep taking the pills and most of all try to SLOW down a tad. Trouble is I still feel and act like a young un.
