So using the estimated numbers from both sources i.e 500 ratbags protesters and 161,481+ citizens, we get a ratbag protestor to citizen ratio of 0.3093395%
It matters not one wit what the resident population of the City of Darwin was at 30 June 2020.
So on a prima facie basis, it would appear my original estimate of 0.3% (post #1752) was pretty close to the mark so I'll leave it up to you to come up with more accurate data - should you so wish.
