Does anybody know if ports in Greece, Italy and Spain are open or when will they reopen to recreational foreign boats?

For Greece "Arrivals by sea will be allowed as of 1 July. Visitors will be subject to random tests upon arrival.
Greece at any stage retains the right to modify any of the above in light of changing circumstances."

Thank you Scargo. My boat is in Greece and I need to sail it back to Ireland, it looks like Spain will also open it's ports from July 1st onwards. I meant to be in Greece now and set sail next week.

I think July 1st is a target date for EU or Schengen zone or both.
Some ports in Italy remained opened during the lock-down. Some sailors were kicked out of Spain went there.
