Is there somewhere a list of restrictions per country, especially ones affecting sailors?
- In
Germany, the northern states (except Bremen) disallowed travel stay for all non-residents of the said states. This means that people from the south of
Germany cannot visit, launch, etc. their
boats on the coast. More important, most of the harbours were closed for multiple weeks. Theoretically, live-aboards were allowed to stay on their
boats only if the said
boat was their primary address, but when the harbour closes?
-
Denmark forbids travel to all foreigners, so no coming to your
boat unless you are a Dane. Also all harbours are closed AFAIK.
-
Poland designated 4 harbours as quarantaine harbours so that incoming sailors can be held there. Only Poles allowed to enter them though? In general, only Poles and the
family members are allowed to enter the country anyway. There are no travel restrictions within the country so a Polish sailor can sail the national waters.
