List of Covid-related restrictions per country?

Is there somewhere a list of restrictions per country, especially ones affecting sailors?

- In Germany, the northern states (except Bremen) disallowed travel stay for all non-residents of the said states. This means that people from the south of Germany cannot visit, launch, etc. their boats on the coast. More important, most of the harbours were closed for multiple weeks. Theoretically, live-aboards were allowed to stay on their boats only if the said boat was their primary address, but when the harbour closes?
- Denmark forbids travel to all foreigners, so no coming to your boat unless you are a Dane. Also all harbours are closed AFAIK.
- Poland designated 4 harbours as quarantaine harbours so that incoming sailors can be held there. Only Poles allowed to enter them though? In general, only Poles and the family members are allowed to enter the country anyway. There are no travel restrictions within the country so a Polish sailor can sail the national waters.

Noonsite.com is your best bet. But it may not get as specific as what you describe.

Most U.S. firms hit with COVID-19 safety fines aren't paying up
U.S. workplace safety regulators have announced more than $4 million in penalties on more than 300 employers they say put workers at risk during the COVID-19 pandemic.
But about two-thirds of these employers aren't paying up.
Only 108 companies had paid a total of about $897,000 in fines as of last week to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) since the pandemic hit the United States last year.
Those who haven't paid include meatpacking giants Smithfield Foods Inc and JBS USA - which had outbreaks infecting thousands of workers - as well as packaged foods company Conagra Brands Inc. All three firms have appealed the citations and say they are without merit.
