Covid vaccination status for CF members

From reading and posting on this forum I get the impression that many on this forum have roughly half a century behind them.

This is my case as well and where I live the government started a vaccination campaign about 2 weeks ago. Today 25 jan my wife and I got our first shot of the Pfizer vaccin. But my wife’s sister in law lives in Seattle and she got her first shot last week on Friday 22 jan.

Just out of curiosity, how many of the members of this forum are vaccinated? It seems that there is actually a huge campaign ongoing in the USA to get a maximum number of persons vaccinated.

I wish... in Canada my turn probably won't come up till late Summer. I'm in that in-between category of being too young to be old, but too old to be young.

I'm not old enough to fit into the early rounds, so I expect I'll be waiting a few months. My girlfriend got her first shot a couple weeks ago and goes in for her second next week though, as she works in a healthcare setting.

I'm 72 Y/O and 'unhealthy', and not yet scheduled for vaccination (Ontario, Canada). Been advised might get to me in May or June.

Got first shot awaiting second. Good physical condition for a 55y/o. Very good for a 65y/o.

I’m 73 in Texas in good health for my age. My wife and I both got the first Moderna jab couple weeks ago. Arm only mildly sore. I have felt no other side effects, though my friends now saw I’m crazy. My says that’s a pre-existing condition, and that I should have disclosed it.

I’m 72 and eligible for the vaccine but can’t get one without an appointment. Can’t get an appointment or even on a list for and appointment on any of the sites city county or state because not enough doses of vaccine are available.

While the UK has vaccinated over 6 million people Brussels and the EU still hasn't got its sh1t together..
Fortunately my genes and immune system are top notch..

Ontario will not receive vaccine deliveries from Pfizer this week and will receive just about 26,000 doses in the first weeks of February.

What are you on about.. the UK vaccine has not even been approved by the EU yet..
Phizer has and the Southern States are pissed because Germany has grabbed a surplus.
