Any Cruisers in Monastir / Tunisia? COVID Q

I am trying to connect with anyone in Monastir to find out how they are handling yacht arrivals vis-a-vis COVID regulations.

I can see for airline arrivals there are the pre-flight PCR and dual vaccination requirements, however the PCR test is 72 hours prior to arrival, and of course that does not work for arrival by sea.

I have emailed the capitainerie but have not got a reply. Is there anyone reading the forum in Monastir that can help point me in the right direction - such as a contact for the port immigration?

Any help is appreciated!

In one place it says: "All crew have to stay onboard except vaccinated crew.", with my assumption that means that vaccinated crew do NOT have to stay onboard (or worded another way can disembark). We are all vaccinated.

Then below it says "Crew leaving must complete a PCR test on board, results will be after 24 hrs. maximum and if negative they can disembark." No mention of vaccination. Perhaps this is for leaving the country and not just disembarking the ship.

I guess the best thing is no matter what that we would be able to disembark after 24 hours....

It says the source is the Tunisian govt. I am keen to find out the actual govt document(s) or connect with someone official 'just to confirm'. I don't want to arrive and find that my interpretation is off!

Anyone have any further info?
