Hakadibattery store, stay away at all costs

Hi all,
Stay away at all cost from the www.hakadibatterystore.com
I earlier recommended that store but have to withdraw my recommendation and have to warn you all. I received good products but the last 3 month things went sideways ro an extend thats not acceptable in any way.
1) EU warehouse is a mess and
2) was not even able but put correct adress for shipping, half was left away, so packages couldn't be delivered or delayed because of that
2) several orders they delivered the wrong cells eg 314AH 0.5C/1C peak cells and i ordered 302AH with 1/3C peak cells for engine starting&house
3) or only 1/3 of order delivered and marked as fullfilled
4) delivery promises from 7-10 days are not met at all. Have several orders where shipping was over a month delayed because Hakadi didn't even ship yet.
5) last 3 orders the cell terminals had damages
6) cells stated to be new and pictures of a April till Juli 2025 production date test list are on the webpage but cells delivered are 2024 production.
7) you suddenly get a tracking number via UPS but you have no glue whats in that package or can control in any way what they shipped is correct or what of the order went and and what not.
8)they try to work around AliExpress and send you payment links to be outside of AliExpress protection.

Hardly any to no communication, promised to fix orders that went sideways are not kept, also replacement deliveries are delayed and I have no idea whats in the 3 packages that are on the way and delayed with UPS.

Again stay away at all cost and run.

Re: Hakadibattery store, stay away at all costs

Hello, Captain Rivet,

It is fairly common to have problems with once the item has been shipped. We've just gone through this, also with a Lithium battery. Once it is in the hands of the shipper who will deliver it, you are given a tracking number. And then it gives you some very odd information. One time it said the item was 8.2 kilos--but the thing weighs about 62 lbs. We began to worry they'd shipped something else entirely. Then it kept stopping places. The shippping company personnel decide what to load to where and when, and then our guys lost track of it entirely. Eventually, it stopped in Hobart, about 40 min. drive from our location, and it took a lot of convincing to get the shippping company to deliver it out here. The shipping co. doesn't care when we get it: WE do!

We did finally receive it and it is in good nick.

Sorry yours didn't even be the correct item. That would sure as heck aggravate me.

Ann

Re: Hakadibattery store, stay away at all costs

Just received a shipment of batteries from Hakadi.

Timing was prompt. One box had considerable damage but was well packed so the actual batteries didn't suffer.

They were supposed to include epoxy separators, but didn't. Promised last week they would compensate but have yet to see anything (but it is a Chinese holiday right now).

I'd give them a 7/10 rating. Not a disaster but a bit disappointing.

Hi Ann,
No I this case shipping company UPS did their work well, as soon as UPS got it they kept their 7-10days
all issues above are with Hakadi and their EU-Warehouse which is a huge mess and Linda and Jacob from Hakadi not competent to handle it and fix issues properly.
Its a shame as they have now LTO drop in batteries and cell prices and quality of cells overall are ok, the terminal damages are also warehouse handling damages as package was not damaged outside at all.
But if you promise to ship 628AH EVE on 20.9.2025 and they left EU warehouse today +10days shipping then that's not acceptable in any way. And yes cells where at 18.9.2025 at the warehouse but they didn't manage to get them out till today.
Till today no replacement 302AH EV cells for the wrongly delivered 314AH storage ceĺls are shipped and I need the 3C capability of the 302Ah ones, not interested in the more capacity.
I have now damages over 1000Euro and still 314Ah cells i cannot use as starter, means 1 month delay and still cannot install on my own boat...and even more problematic i have to let other sailors down because of this now. other i should install/build the batteries from cells but cannot now are even more pissed as not many installer build banks from raw cells and their costs will go up too as i do it just for the rum kitty. They f... up my whole scedule.
A total disaster...0/10

It’s annoying when these things happen.
Next time get your lifepo4 from nkon.nl. The prices will be similar.

Nkon hadn't in stock what I need, Hakadi did especially the LTO and before my last 3 orders I didn't have any issues but now they pile up. There products are good, the rest around is a mess now.

Re: Hakadibattery store, stay away at all costs

To put the icing on top of this disaster the replacement delivery of the incomplete last order that Linda from Hakadi personally checked to make sure its correct and complete with express courir service so it should be here on 4.10.25 arrived
- today on 8.10.25 with normal UPS delivery, not courier express as she told me
- and is again still incomplete, the 4x302AH Calb 3C cells, mounting frame case of the LTO cells and the 4 pieces 40AH 6C Lishen cells are missing, just got 6 LTO cells with busbars and nuts...
- plus had again the wrong half complete adress

....no words

Stay away at all cost from Hakadi
