The voltage spec makes me suspect NMC, because that would be a nice, round 3.7Vpc in 8s. I think it's more common to use 3.6V nominal for that chemistry, but who knows.

Off topic -

Our United States Coast Guard does excellent work and keeps citizens safe.

Our National Park Service should not be mentioned in the same sentence. Our Park Service has the attitude that it owns the sites entrusted to it and it is a huge privilege for citizens to visit our Parks. If we compare our USDA Forest Service with its attitude of "The most good for the most people." to our DI Park Service, it is comparing warm day to chilly night.
