Privilege 37 used, one owner

Hello, everybody,
I am happy to have found a multihull forum where there are also Privilege owners. I have read and learned a lot here. I come from Northwest Germany and unfortunately the catamaran scene here is very manageable. If you want to buy a used catamaran you have to search for it in southern Europe. And in Italy I found what I was looking for. And that is a Privilege 37, year of construction 1999, two bath version. Very well-kept, little used, no damages, only here and there minor wounds. The engines, Yanamar 3GM30FC, have only 1050 operating hours. The boat has no great extras except a 2.5 kW Faryman generator and two 130 litre aluminium diesel tanks. All sails including genacker and rig have been renewed in 2017.
Of course it is hard to evaluate a boat from a distance but maybe someone of you could give me a clue to what value I have to orientate myself to. Since there are not many Privilige 37 on the market I can compare badly.
